Lisa J. Patrick is a proud product of Dallas Independent School District.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University
in 1989. Ms. Patrick later went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Education
Administration from the University of Texas in 2000.
Ms. Patrick began her career in teaching at J. P. Starks Elementary and
Harold Budd Elementary. She then fulfilled the position of Reading
Demonstration Teacher for George W. Carver Elementary. Lisa served as Dean
of Instruction for both H. S. Thompson Learning Center and J. J. Rhoads
Learning Center. Following these career experiences, Ms. Patrick functioned
as the Assistant Principal at Thomas Edison Middle Learning Center for a
summer term. Her experiences as Principal include B. F. Darrell Elementary,
Charles Rice Learning Center, and now, Harry Stone Montessori Academy.
Under her leadership both Darrell and Rice have achieved the state
designation of Recognized each year; and while serving at H. S. Thompson the
school received the state designation of Recognized.
